Laura Linden has posted a blog clarification on the whole Second Life® Trademark policy. My company name is still screwed due to claim of “SL®” being trademarked. Big bucks out of my pocket - thanks Linden Lab®!
This clarification is a well written. It is quite clear and well set out, and hits all the high points in a clear and deliberate fashion
