World of Warcraft Dispatch
On Saturday, July 12, 2008, at 12:47 pm PST, the Gnome Warrior Bananadoo-Ravencrest of the Knights with Honor guild attained the level of 70 while questing in the Blade’s Edge Mountain. While this moment has long been overdue, it is still a milestone for the gnome.
The level 70 barrier was attained when Bananadoo completed the quest to slay the ever so evil Dorgok (see picture). The quest itself was not that hard, just another one of those glorious slasher ones which featured a whacking of a level 66 body guard orge than a straight forward sword battle of Dorgok. Not much sweat and fear involved.
When asked to comment on finally reaching this level, Bananadoo was heard to say “I need a beer.”
His guild mates were of the opinion that it was bound to happen despite Bananadoo’s inability to get along with others. As one unnamed mate stated, “Hell, even my 12 year old son has done that.” Rumors of bags of gold and free pizza for a celebration were not true, despite Bananadoo’s many promises.
Bananadoo is currently a level 375 miner and level 353 blacksmith, and can be found most days in a pub in Iron Forge.
