Week 3 of the NFL season was a good one overall for me, for my beloved Forty-Niners and the NFL.
For me, I spent a glorius Sunday day in the Dude Shack watching up to 5 games at a time. In my pick-em pool, I ended up 10-6 and tied with four others for 1st place. Overall for the season I am 24-23 (51.06%) and in 10th spot. In my Fantasy Football league, despite scoring the second highest points for the week, I lost, but that how it happens sometimes. If I had played any of the other eight teams, I would have been victorious. Currently I am third in league pooints and fifth in the standings.
For the Forty Niners, it was a nice vicotroy over a team needs to be beaten. The Lions have nothing going for them currently, so the 31-13 victory was very nice and made for a stress free afternoon in the Dude Shack.
For the NFL, it was a good week overall with so many of the “super” teams going down to defeat. Of all of the games I watched, the Miami beat down over New England was amazing.
