It is appropriate that the 13th update on the house remodel falls on Friday, November 13, 2009.   Day 41 starts with the cabinets arriving and installation beginning.   Overall we are really pleased with the look and craftsmanship of them.

We also have finalized all the material for the back splash and floor which was one hell of a journey.  We have selected nice stone for the back splash and porcelain for the floor due to the dog.  The colors blend nicely with the cherry wood cabinets and the light green counter top.  The flooring’s color changes depending on the light.
