Lots of work has been taking place over the last 6 days since I last posted about the remodel. Tile work including back splash and floor began on Saturday (day 63) with the crew working all day Sunday and into Monday.
We are installing a combination of stone and green glass for the back splash. Currently we are waiting on some additional back splash stone tile to arrive in order to complete the back splash. As seen in the pictures, it looks real good.
The floor porcelain tile was started on Sunday and worked continued through Monday. Grout work will start later this week probably on Thursday. We are hoping that by this weekend, the appliance will be moved back into the kitchen.
Painting the interior was started today and I am very happy with the color we picked. Pictures do not do the color justice.
