Since I am not working, I have been doing lots of catching up on TV shows via Hulu, so here are my nominations for best television shows of 2009. As always, these are just my opinions and disagreeing with me is the norm.

Initially ranking the #1 show I thought would be tough but I realized that the only show that I made sure I watched live was the one I ranked #1. The rest of the rankings just flowed from there.
