The remodel is getting really close to completion with the final items list dwindling down.  Today the painter is here working on the vaulted ceiling wood and once completed, the painter is all done.

Tony had the plumber in on Saturday night until 7:30 pm, so we now have working 1/2 bath, laundry and kitchen sink.  The icemaker and dishwasher connections are next up.  About 80% of the electrical is working now including all of the new lights inside and out.

When Tony gets back from his  annual family Christmas visit to Yosemite, he will be tackling a couple of minor items including the microwave installation, the refrigerator height (about 1/8 higher than the cut sheet said it was) and the cabinet hardware installation (pulls and knobs).

Cinna and I made our last “decision” when we finally were able to find the “right” pendant lights for the kitchen.  They have been ordered and should arrive later this week.
